All gameplay on Pixoswiftrc is entirely skill-based. There is no gambling, wagering of real money, or chance-based outcomes. Virtual achievements, scores, and progress have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or physical goods.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pixoswiftrc platform — including but not limited to game assets, graphics, sounds, code, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Pixoswiftrc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without our explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using Pixoswiftrc:

• Using cheats, bots, or automated software to gain unfair advantage
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players
• Uploading or transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties
• Attempting to sell, trade, or monetize in-game progress or accounts
• Impersonating Pixoswiftrc staff or other players

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its community. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We are not responsible for any third-party content, links, or services accessed through our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixoswiftrc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
